We start with a free site inspection to understand your property's needs, current condition, and any specific requirements from your strata plan or body corporate. We then propose a scope of work, visit frequency, and fixed monthly price. Once agreed, we schedule recurring visits and manage the work — you get consistent grounds without having to chase anyone.

Yes — this is one of our biggest advantages. Our commercial electric mowers, blowers, and hedge trimmers are significantly quieter than petrol equivalents. We schedule within your property's permitted hours and comply with council and strata noise bylaws. Residents and tenants won't be disrupted.

A standard visit covers lawn mowing and edging of all common areas, garden bed weeding and tidying, hedge and shrub maintenance, leaf and debris clearing from paths, driveways, and car parks, and full green waste removal. We tailor the scope to your property — larger sites may rotate tasks across visits to keep costs predictable while maintaining presentation.

Yes. We can provide monthly maintenance reports, before/after photos, certificates of currency (public liability and workers compensation), Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS), and any other documentation your strata manager or body corporate requires for compliance and AGM reporting.

We quote a fixed monthly price based on your property size, scope of work, and visit frequency. This gives you budget certainty and a clear proposal you can compare with other providers after the initial site inspection.

No problem. If we notice something during a visit that needs attention (e.g., storm damage, a dying tree, irrigation issue), we flag it proactively and provide a separate quote. We never do extra billable work without approval. Many of our strata clients appreciate this — it means small problems get caught early before they become expensive.

Typically within 1–2 weeks of agreement. We'll conduct the site inspection, provide a proposal, and once approved, schedule your first visit. If the property needs a one-off catch-up clean before regular maintenance begins, we can usually arrange that within the first week.
